![]() It is such a cool twist of greek mythology and also the hunger games. I really like the mc and the other side characters (they all have their own unique personality). It includes romance which I love, but also beautiful world building, magic, trials and mystery. -Marith | ![]() I am in love with the way Jane Austen writes. Her writing contains clever remarks that are subtle and funny. Besides this, I've grown up with the movie of the book, often watching it with my mother on cozy movie nights. I also really love the romance in the story with the way everything is built up. -Eline | ![]() The prose is stunning and really makes you want to be there!! And it explores the relationship between mother and daughter in a very beautiful way (and its really romantic and aesthetic!!!!!!) - Sophia |

![]() First of all, its beautifully written. But why people should read it is because its so complex, it feels very Crime and Punishment-esque, but with more humour. Its about how people deal with something horrible, and Donna did an amazing job. -Sophia | ![]() Stephen Fry retells the Greek myths, and he is really funny in doing so. While reading this book I laughed out loud multiple times. This book started my fascination for the Greek mythology. -Cin | ![]() This is a nonfiction book and it follows 3 generations of women who lived in China. It’s shocking what these people go through and an important book to read. I didnt know a lot about the history of China but this book shows first hand what it was like to live in China during that time. The writer has a beautiful writing style, the things that are happening in this book are awful, but written beautifully. -Cin |
![]() I love the whole concept of shadow hunters and the romance part with the action and fantasy! It’s rich in storyline without any of the action or romance overshadowing. -Ashley | ![]() The mc dies at the start of the book, and the other characters help him come to terms with this. This was my favorite quote: "But it was better to have had it for as long as he did, then to never have had it at all. What a tremendous thought that was." -Petra |
